Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Free from stains, odors, or damage

To start a return, contact us at alafinanaaa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items
All sale items, limited drops, and rhinestone designs are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
